The Community Garden Alliance is looking for a Website Designer!

The Community Garden Alliance (CGA), a local non-profit, is looking for a volunteer to do us up a website. This is a great opportunity for those looking to add to their resume and portfolio. Please contact Rachelle Batstone at cga.stjohns@gmail.com.

The CGA supports urban food production within the St. John's area that fosters community and environmental sustainability. Our demonstration garden is the Rabbittown Community Garden.

Community gardens provide a form of physical activity, foster social ties and support, provide food security, improve the health of the local environment, provide a neighborhood gathering place, and increases community well-being.

Join us on Facebook!

To learn more in person about CGA attend the tour of the Rabbittown Community Garden on Sunday, April 8th at 1:00pm. The garden is located off Graves St. in St. John's behind the Rabbittown Community Centre. This tour is open to everyone with an interest in growing your own food and especially those interested in becoming involved with CGA or the Rabbittown Community Garden. E-mail Rachelle at cga.stjohns@gmail.com to tell us you're coming.
